Example; you contact a company for internet service, then the internet company (certain ones) gives Techzilla your info that you have given them. (credit card/bank info, etc). They get your credit card info supposedly to reserve your service contract. Then they go to work on you & your credit card/bank. Techzilla sends you a router that you didn't even order or need via federal express. It is charged to your credit card without you knowing, or knowing that the router is even being sent to you! It shows up fast! You realize, after opening the package from federal express, that you have been charged for equipment & then try to contact Techzilla. They claim they will rebate your money back. PUNCH LINE: They never do. If you attempt to complain then they make your life "rip a** hell". AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! PUN INTENDED!
