Update: i've reported teechip.com to the fbi internet crime complaint canter ic3)! i highly encourage everyone who has had an issue with teechip.com to report them. I've also emailed amazon since teechip is registered through them to investigate the company. File as many complaints as you can. Reading through all these reviews it looks like teechip has committed a serious crime and should be shut down.

This company is the biggest joke i've ever ordered from! not only has my order not even gone into production, they absolutely will not allow me to cancel the order! i was told my order could not be cancelled, ship dates are never guaranteed as they may "continue to change as the orders increase and firm ship dates are not allowed to be issued").
So basically they're telling me i may never get my order? I asked to speak with a manager regarding the issue and i was told "there is no manager you can speak with". Of course, i was livid- so i decided to do a little research on teechip not to my surprise teechip has hundreds of complaints/negative reviews against them. They score an "f" on the bbb and is not an accredited company.
Teechip was established on may 5, 2014 and from what i can find hypestat) the isp address is registered to amazon, inc. I took the liberty of emailing abuse@amazonaws and abuse@enom to inform them of teechip's conduct and fraud. Teechip currently has hundreds of negative reviews against the company listed on pissedconsumer, sitejabber, bbb, complaintsboard, scamorg, scamadvisor, and easycounter just to name a few) through reading hundreds of reviews- it looks like teechip has stolen thousands of dollars from consumers all over, including myself.
I've even read some hilarious reviews from ex-employees slandering the company saying things like "stay far away from this place" and "they'll take your money and give you the ring around".
Sounds like a great business, huh?
Sorry teechip- i will find a way to shut you down, and i'll enjoy every minute of it. Toodles!
TEECHIP STOLE MY ART AND WON'T RESPOND TO DMCA REQUEST
Teechip stole my art and has sold thousands of shirts with the design. They refuse to answer emails or respond to DMCA notices to remove the art. Shellea Daniel is especially nasty. She is complicit in theft and fraud. Hopefully the FBI or police will catch up with her and deal with her.
Sent me a too big tshirt, design was faded and there were paint smears at the bottom. I call and call and call. I finally emailed them and told them if I didn't get a response by EOB Monday, I'm calling BBB.
I am poking around to find an address for them - it's almost impossible. I did find some legal documents where they were hit for copyright infringement and also their lawyer - I am going to give this to the BBB - they can probably try to get ahold of them, but it's probably a dead lead since the phone number is the same as their customer service number
On May 29th, 2015 I ordered a Justice League Hoodie from TeeChip.com Order#55686e0716d3a27d1deab9a6 . After 3 weeks of delays it finally shipped. The tracking info shows delivered on 6/30/2015: DHL Small Parcel: 9261299996389025929083
I of course did not receive it. My mailbox is large and is a locked mailbox. It's not there. So I went to the office. Not there either. Contacted them on 7/1/2015 to report this. They responded in an e-mail:
