Bought a Pocket Hose Ultra in May 2014 from a local bricks & mortar store. Today, July 4, 2014, while using it, the hose sprang a leak through a little hole. Now, the hose is no good. Warning - Do Not Buy this product.

I foolishly ordered Grassology grass from Telebrands on Saturday, March 22, 2014, then thought better of it and called to cancel. I was told I could not cancel for two business days, because the information was not yet ""in their system."" This is apparently the line they give to everybody, which does seem strange that something you order through the Internet would not automatically be ""in their system,"" wouldn't you think?

I called two business days later, early in the morning, and tried to cancel. They hung up on me. I called back immediately and got someone else who told me it was cancelled and gave me a cancellation number.

Twenty-four hours later I received an email telling me my Grassology order had just shipped. This was a full day after I had cancelled it. Sure enough, they had also charged my credit card at that time, also after I had cancelled.

I called to complain and they hung up on me. Called again and again and finally got through to someone who told me that all I had to do was refuse delivery when the order arrived and they would take the charge off my credit card. I took the grass order back to the post office and refused delivery on April 2, 2014.

Today is April 28, 2014. The charge is still on my credit card. Their crummy India-based ""customer service"" now tells me that they can't take the charge off my card unless I go to Fedex and have them update their delivery records, since as far as Telebrands knows, the order was successfully delivered. Apparently Telebrands/Grassology does not keep track of the fact that I refused delivery and that they now have had the package back in their possession for several weeks.

I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and am disputing the charge on my credit card. I don't know what else I can do at this point. This company is seriously crooked, and I am warning everyone to stay away from anything you see advertised ""As Seen on TV."" They all originate with ""Telebrands,"" and they are all a scam. You will not be able to cancel. They will ship the order anyway, and after you refuse delivery and ship it back, they will still refuse to take the charge off your credit card. BEWARE of TELEBRANDS and ""As Seen on TV.

I ordered (1) Book called Dumpcakes from an ad on TV from Telebrands, they tried to sell me additional books and skillets. I said absolutely not interested. My total was to be $10.00 for the book and $7.99 for shipping. When I received the order they sent me (2) dumpcake books and (2) dump Dinners books and (2) skillets. Then charged me an additional $ 9.99 for Rush processing along with the origional $ 7.99 shipping charge. My Total bill was $97.96-not the $ 17.99 I agreed to. When I called the company, first problem was they could barely speak English,I could not understand them.I told them I wanted to send the entire order back. They wanted to give me a 15% off coupon for future orders instead.I said not interested. Told me I had to pay for return shipping and not be reimbursed. This company is a complete rip-off.I filed a complaint with Pennsylvania Atty Generals Office, after I called my Credit Card company to dispute the charge.
