Teledias Communications Reviews

Teledias a/k/a U.B.I. and/or U.S.B.I. Billing Company has fradulently taken a phone conversation which was preparaed to trick their victims and then edited. I received a phone call sometime back from a lady asking questions, I truly forget what it was about but I vaguely remember something about healthcare. She verifyed my name and address to which I agreed by saying "yes". Continued to ask me for my birthday for which I answered I do not give that information out, she asked, "why because you forgot", and I said, "no, because I do not want to provided it". That phone call was edited, Teledias played it for me as their proof that I had authorized them as my long distance carrier. If you listen to the recorded phone call it is clear that it was edited, they used the part when I said "yes" to confirm my name and address and edited to sound as if I agreed to their question about accepting them as my long distance carrier. That question was never even asked to me. I disconnected my land line with AT&T as I cannot afford any more fraudulent charges that they continue to allow. This is a disgrace. I have called Teledias four (4) times, they refuse to credit any money back, even though I never agreed to have their services nor ever used their services. I exclusively use my cell phone for all my long distance phone calls. Teledias has the rudest, most unprofessional, bad communicators who dont speak well working as their customer services representative. They know what they are doing to people and they don't care. Please help!

USBI charges my account for calls I never made. They wre not authorized as my long distance provider, no one is simply because I don't need a long distance provider (don't make long distance but if I need I can use my cell phone). Contacted the company and after many hours of calls and "the manager will get back to you" which she never did, I was still charged in my account with Century Link which states that I have to take this up with USBI. Nowadays there are laws that does not permit companies to enter your account without your permission, yet Century Link, unlike AT and T that told their customer that they will not be responsible for fradulent charges from USBI, Century Link places a freeze regarding USBI entering my account but the calls they charged, even though they were small charges were for places I never called. This is how companies like Telco build up an empire, so if you are charged for calls you didn't make, speak up and place a freeze on your account. Also you can join a class law suit against USBI.
