Do not do business with this company if you are not bilingual or Spanish speaking... they will not assist you in customer service.... then, when you finally get tired of the BS.... they tell you if you cancel your service there are no refunds offered... they just keep your money.... I asked them that and they stated.... YES.. We just keep your money... I spend over 2 hours on hold because I enter ""2 for English""; no ones going to answer if you press 2 for English... however, If you press 1 for Spanish, Customer Serivce gets right on the phone, that is until you inform them you need an English speaking representative, then they hang up on you.. THIS IS A WARNING ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT SPANISH SPEAKING...they do noy want your business... And they are actaully a Federal Lifeline Carrier... I have informed the US Goverment, various governing bodies about this comapny and will continue to do so hoping the Government will cease to allow them to offer discounted service sence they only offer it to one spectrum of people, those who speak Spanish, ONLY.... I don't belive this is right in America...

welcome the the U.S. where you go to the store and when you enter through the doors you realize there is something different, they speak Spanish and you do not. you go to all American restaurants like KFC and wonder why the chicken tastes different or why you notice some blood on your drumstick, they speak Spanish and you do not. you go to a business and apply for a position which you qualify for in every aspect but one--they speak Spanish and you do not. you put on a combat uniform and fight for the U.S. and you return to YOUR hometown and wonder why they could care less if you risked your life so they don't have to and you realize its because they speak spanish and you do not. This does not apply to all of those who are of Hispanic origin but only to those who intend to make it difficult for born and raised English speaking red blooded Americans by constantly reminding them that there is a double standard, welcome to the U.S. where being American is now second on the list.

They suck!! Their customer service are rude, and frustrating to deal with and lets not forget to mention that they rip you off and steal your money, my aunt has a positive balance due to her and they said they don't do refunds in other words they just steal your money. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve one star
