Pay bi-weekly and no Tranflo.. you will get paid on payday but you will have weak *** paychecks..this is the owner's fault..not your fault..
you have to find a post office box and mail off your bills.. this can be a pain in the butt..If the payroll lady don't get your bills by Monday afternoon,then, you will have to wait an extra 2 weeks to get paid for all the extra work that you achieved..I never earned over 5500 miles in a two week period and i only had 1 good check while i was working for this small company..Owner has behavior issues and i do think he needs help..Please don't have a lot of breakdown issues.He will hurt your feelings and make it seem like it is your fault for major breakdown issues.. I am telling the truth..
I was warned about the female dispatcher back in February.. I was told that she can be mean and a pain in the butt..Yes I have had to check her a few times,but, the owner is the worse person who will have you wanting to quit..
He wants to control your driving and your hometime and he dont want you driving at night..this is dumb.. i will not refer no-one to work for Terminal Transport..If you don't want the owner to mess up your resume then you better be smarter and look for other carriers who has good testimonials..
