He filed my taxes late without notifying me. The amendment did not give me any additional return so that was a waste.
After a phone call with him, he refused to offer any type of full or partial refund and was very angry that I would even question his services.
I will never be going back to him, and I regret ever talking to him in the first place. He seems nice at first, but he is actually very high strung, uses old and antiquated equipment, sweats a lot, and is generally very mean to his employees and clients. Avoid him at all costs.
