While many cons are simply variations on ones that are hundreds of years old, new technologies and laws give con artists the opportunity to create original scams. He also has a website called www.monsterfm.com. He uses all of these mediums to scam money from individuals. He was convicted of felony theft in Shamrock, Texas for altering checks made out to a radio station that he worked for (owned by the town's Economic Development Commission) and deposited them to his personal account. He was convicted and was sent to prison.
