My dear elderly friend was ripped off by someone she knew named Terry McDonald. He is in his 60's and currently resides in VA. He talked her into signing her car over to him to protect her from having it taken in a bankruptcy, a lie, and then after several years without incident, he then showed up one day demanded the keys, took the car , put it in storage and now refuses to sign it back over to her. She has been maintaining the vehicle through the dealership the entire time. I am trying to find other cases related to this individual, because I feel if he did this to her, he is thief and he probably doing this kind of things to others.
