Filing Charges

Jason took my motor and my $1400. There are too many cases for Henry to not have been apart. I can file theft charges by not fraud charges. Need more assistance from other victims to seek a huge case. Please contact me if you would like to join me in this venture.

On May 4th i was promised if i brought my truck in that it would be finished in 3-5 days

i brought my truck in on May 8th, my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 that i still owe payments on,

Henry is the mechanic; Jason is the CON-ARTIST!

i was told to pay $600.00 upfront for the motor and then the other $500 would be after pick up.

ONLY to find out THIS IS A SCAM! promise after promise, put off after put off, voicemail, ignore, blocking numbers.

i took a day off work and actually reached Jason and i did not tell him that i was on my way to his "shop" or storage unit after my truck he was ignoring me about. I was told my truck had the new motor in it and just needed to work out the creeks and it would be ready for pick up tomorrow blah blah blah i showed up at the storage unit to find my truck sitting there with the old motor still in it.

lie after lie after lie. now my truck had no oil pressure or anything. i told him i want the motor but i am taking my truck since its so hard to reach him and get into his storage shop. i had my truck towed from magnolia to conroe. Jason said he would have my motor ready for pick up the following day, well that day comes, no answer. imagine that. then i call again and hes having the truck that has the motors hot shot my motor and asked for an address to drop the motor off NOBODY came or could reach him. he will shoot you crap till the weekend and would not return my money because he "already bought the motor with it" this story has happened days in a row and the hard part is nobody sees jasons face. It is all over the phone and he usually has Henry get the cash, and he is the talker giving you lie after lie until you realize its a scam then he sends you to 4 different voice mail messages where the voicemails are full or hangs up. if you reach him on a thrusday or friday hang it up he uses the whole weekend ignoring your calls! I am 25 i am a single mother raising 2 boys alone. this was not easy to manage my household bills and get behind on my truck note and not even receive a motor for the $600 i paid him.

this is so unfair i do not know how he sleeps at night, honestly i do not understand. i have cried and cried from this stress and how somebody can be like that! i pray to God the right person reads this and assists in getting my money back. I am now having to spend $5000 on motor repairs and it will be done right but i need that money i lost back! please, if ive learned anything do your research read the reports and please do not use this guy, lies fall out of his mouth and its so crazy i honestly can not believe it! i am sick to my stomach there are such selfish money hungry heartless people in this world.

On February 15, 2015, Texas Used Engines had their wrecker service to pick up our 1998 Chevy Camaro. We paid the wrecker driver 150.00 to take our car to their repair shop to engine a engine. We had a hard time finding the repair shop and called the wrecker driver back and he informed us that the repair shop was at a CUBE SMART storage facility. We entered the storage facility and paid the Mechanic Henry a cash payment of $760.00 for the motor, which originally costed $750.00. We made numerous calls regarding the repair, because it was taking so long for the motor to be exchanged. Finally three weeks later, we were told the car was ready. We picked up the car on March 23rd and at that time we gave Henry and additional cash payment of $590. Less than two weeks after picking up the car, when I was driving the car, a large screw fell from under the car in our driveway, my husband called and ask that I come back home because he had found the large screw in our driveway. My husband contact Henry and he claimed he dropped that screw and could not find it so he just left it. The next day the car would not start anymore.

On April 4th, we attempted to contact Texas Used Engines and the number was disconnected. My husband called numerous times to Henry cell number and he would not answer the calls. I finally sent a text from my phone since he did know that number and he immediately called back. I immediately handed the phone to my husband to try and get a contact number for Jason Dunkin, he refused to give us Jason number and assured us that he would come out to service the car. We never heard from him to this date. I want to thank the Wrecker Driver, because gave us a cell number for Jason 832-***-**** I called that number from my phone and he answered. I quickly put my husband on the phone. He told us that he would come out the next morning and he did. Little to our surprise he informed my husband that a part on top the motor was broken and put the broken part back on the motor.

I began to do research on the company and found out the dba for Texas Used Engines was opened December 2014. The business address is a mailstop location at a U-haul facility and they have changed their name numerous times. I do not believe the motor was ever changed out. They need to be stopped and investigated by Police Department and IRS. They are both CONS.

I purchases a used engine from Texas Used Engines. I picked up the engine, and delivered it to a machanic who was going to install it in the car.

Some time elapesed for the machaninc to install it. After it was installed, it would not run. The problem is that the engine was the wrong year. It was older than 2007, even though the paperwork stated it was an 2009. The issue is that the older engines had different internal crankshafts to work with newer computer systems. The old engines had 7 sensor triggering teeth, and the newer engines have 39 sensor triggering teeth builot into the cranckshaft.

Texas used engines ask me to return both the engine they sold me, and alsop the core engine from the original car. It took 1 week for me to wait on them to give the engines back because they were not able to unload them. Theu promised they would have the right replacement engine in 2 or 3 business days for me to pick up. Many times they told me it was on a delivery truck being delivered to there shop. That has been several days ago, and now they do not answer the phone.

I either need the correct replacement engine, or my original core engine and my money back.
