This is my chance to help another not get RIPPED OFF
I ordered kitchen appliance which costs £199.99 on 31/01/2015. Delivery schedule was 04/02/2015 but no delivery no communication just nothing.
I email to follow up delivery status only to find out from sale person that "the order has been cancelled due to fraudulent transaction". I called credit card company they said my credit card has been charged and Co-op already got the money on 01/02/2015.
They give me transaction approval code so I can contact Co-op with prove that Co-op did get money. I contact Co-op, give approval code but I got ignorant response again "The order has been cancelled as there has been a history of fraud at the address"
What happening here is co-op cancelled order without notice but charged my credit card and still hold my money even though the order has been cancelled.
I'm trying to contact co-op using different email addresses found on co-op website for a refund but guess what co-op just simply ignores my request for a refund.
THIS IS NIGHTMARE !!! Please spread your words to help another not get RIPPED OFF!!!
