Company called by phone they do messaging on hold service, they immediately charged my credit card $449.00 never shipped the device for the messaging, the layout (wording) for the on hold was terrible we tried to get them to refund our credit card Stanley said he would but never did I sent registered mail and regular the regular mail did not come back but the registered mail was returned unclaimed I had to dispute with our credit card company to get our money back, they do not return calls, left several messages. finally received a credit back onto my credit card.
