On 11/25/14 I signed a contract with EFT group agreeing to purchase there service for 3 months. The 2nd month midway through in January my trainer quit his job with the company and I was never setup with a new trainer. I attempted to contact EFT group multiple times with no success.
I was not provided the services for 1 1/2 months of the contract but however billed for them. The company has not agreed to a refund. I have called EFT Group and the billing company for them (Paramount Acceptance) multiple times all without any success. They fail to provide any documentation that services were rendered.
