I bought a Genie garage door opener one year ago from lowes. two weeks ago the belt broke and I checked my warrenty page and found I was covered. To this point I have spents hours on the phone explaining that a belt was broken and according to thier warrent I should get one sent to me. I have went through this with three different people seems like they can't under stand a belt has broken. One of these people was extreamly rude. They promised they would send me and e-mail instructing me where to send my Lowes recipet to. Now I have been six days no e-mail. These guys will fit in good here.
