I Purchased several year ago a used camper trailer after delivery the refrigerator never worked. I called the great outdoors and was given the run around. Told to make sure the trailer was level. Told to bring the refrigerator in to the shop.
I went there and the refrigerator was not working, we were told oh yes its working a refrigerator that only goes to 50 degress or so is not working well enough to store food.
When we would go into the great out doors the manager would close his blinds in his office and lock the door. He knew that they sold us a bum camper and than the refrigerator did not work.
We never resolved this issue with great outdoors, we have told our story several times. Now I see they have a location out here is Dewitt, NY.
Trust me you never want to buy anything from this company. There warrenty is useless and manager will not even speak with you regarding your complaint.
