This venue has literally been the WORST experience that I have had anywhere:
To highlight all that happened, I will just put it in numerical order
1.) The bartender ADDED her own tip to my credit card tab without my consent therefore effectively STEALING from me for her own benefit.
2.) The sound guy they have messed up most of the show, with sounds and mics cutting out, not being on cue, and also telling us that we were "out of time", when the reason we had to start late is that they had a party in the back that was intrusive and too noisy in order for OUR show to even start, so they kicked us out before our main headliners took stage (which was not supposed to happen.)
3.) We brought water for performing artists, said bartender above tried to charge them 2 dollars for water that WE personally brought.
4.) The management was rude, completely unprofessional and at one point was literally laughing at us, as the sound guy told us he "didn't care" if we came back or not.
5.) Patrons from the "other party" located in the back were allowed to get in front of OUR stage and attempt to take over our show, when these patrons became aggressive..management did nothing, total lack of security.
6.) There were NO working bathrooms. Both the male and female bathrooms stated they were "out of order".
7.) It was clear that they were not properly Id'ing at the door as I saw several people there at the other party who were SEVERELY underage.
8.) The entire show was absolutely ruined by their negligence and when we showed anger, as I said above - we were told simply that they didn't care.
9.) The equipment we were promised to have at the show was NOT present and we had to make last minute calls to friends to even get the show to start...which didn't help much since the venue ruined the entire thing and then laughed and mocked us.
10.) There were literally cockroaches in this establishment..actual cockroaches. The floors are dirty, scuffed and the whole venue is just atrociously dirty, if a health inspector checked this out, this place would be shut down in a heartbeat.
And again - let me clarify - this woman (the bartender/owner) took my debit card to close my tab and then ADDED herself a tip to it after we had already gone, which I have proof of on my credit card receipt.
Do not patronize this business unless you are desperate, and even then, just don't go anywhere. These people are thieves, liars, and are running a business that is essentially illegal. This place is a slum dive that should be shut down.
