Purchased a hot tub at the home show on October 26, 2013. Could not have it delivered immediately, so I paid in full $8201.19 so that they would store it for me until I was able to accept delivery. Hot tub was to include interior led lights. Tub arrived without lights and I was told that they would be installed afterwards. (Should have realized then that that was rediculous) Tub was already wired by an electrician as per the instructions and a section of my fence had to be removed to accept delivery. Also, included in the contract was the removal of the old tub, which they did not do either. Our old tub was removed before the arrival of the new tub. When I contacted Mike Marks, he said that they would either replace the tub, or reimburse us for the difference. In addition, the new decking was damaged by their delivery men by scraping the tub along the decking making deep grooves into it.
Mike was going to redeliver another tub, and expected us to once again pay for the electrician, and fence removal and reinstallation. This was not acceptable to us. We decided to keep the wrong tub but we want the difference that we were overcharged returned to us.
With regards to the damaged deck, we are being ignored. We want to resolve this issue, but he doesn't take our calls.
