We purchased a king sized orthopedic mattress factory mattress. We were told all about their wonderful product , great Warantee and comfort guarantee prior to purchase. The mattress they delivered was nothing like the firm supportive mattress we ordered. It had no support, irregular surface, crushed corners, missing stitches etc. we called immediately and were given run around. We could not sleep on this, had it been a hotel we would have checked out. We went down in person and again got nowhere. The mattress was not sleepable and caused sleepless nights and pain. After several days and no response to calls to the owners and other management , we gave up and purchased elsewhere.After 5 horrific nights on this mattress which felt like 5 weeks, it was so bad. They never honored any of their guarantees . We tried to dispute the charges on our credit card and lost. The lie, deceive and cheat. Their product is not what you see in the store. Don't buy from them.
