Did purchase a california split king shett from them c;aiming there where 100% egipcian thread (1500 threads) but when received and just by feeling weight and at the touch a the cloth is not nearly what they advertise still in their originall package no invoice on package send them e-mail there are trying to charge me a 25% return fee plus shipping
i told them since this is falsely advertice i would lioke and RMA number so i can return this items 3 sets but i would not pay a 25% re-stocking charge a 59.99 set substract 25% is about 15 dll les that is 45 dlls minus the shipping may be another 10 dlls needs to go with proof of signature end up with a 35 dlls set of sheets and i bought 3 sets this is a ripped off
These sheets shipped so fast it was like they were so happy to make a sale they drove them here. I was excited to get luxury 1800 tc Egyptian Cotton sheets. I felt the sheets and immediately knew that these were soft but not cotton. As I read the label it said soft "as a" 1800 tc Egyptian cotton sheet. No where tagged does it have the fabric name. Whatever these sheets are made of are nice but similar to microfiber which should have been even cheaper. Then I read that u can't iron them? Hint.....you can iron cotton. If they were 15 dollars cheaper per set for the 4 sets I bought I wouldn't be upset at all.
