Used Thomas kielbasinski on 12/2/16 and he did not deliver the project he promised. When he was contacted, he lied and said he did not complete the project because of an emergency, but he never offered to refund the upfront money he was paid. In fact, he said the money was not refundable despite him not delivering what he had promised. Please be aware and conduct a search of this person on the internet prior to doing business with him. You will be surprise of what you find. I will file a formal report with the police on Monday.
I found Thomas Kielbasinski of Somerset, PA on TutorSelect.com. I needed some help in C++. I sent him $100 via Google Wallet. He blew off the first meeting with a need for him to visit someone in the hospital. Then the second day I sent him a GoToMeeting link and he wanted to only use Skype. I asked for my money back and he refused. While we were on Skype he blocked me. I tried to call but he would not answer and on a subsequent call it was blocked. I contacted Google Wallet about the scam. They gave me a transaction ID and from there I proceeded to contact my bank. A hold was put on the transaction and I believe I will need to fill out more information to create a chargeback from my bank to Google Wallet and then Google Wallet will go after Thomas Kielbasinski. He threatened to turn me into my local police. I sent him the link so he could. I then did a search on the Internet and he has quite a history of similar scams.

I have contacted the police in Somerset and I have a case number.
I was talking to an officer (1-814-445-1525) and will be forwarding her all the information I am finding on the Internet. This guy has been busy ripping people off.
I found the information for TutorSelect.com and called them but it was after hours and left a message.

I was told by an Officer in Somerset to also contact the BBB which I plan to do tomorrow.
The officer says they are getting about a report each week. I assume many never reach out and connect with the police so I assume this guy is cheating more people than is apparent so far.
If you get scammed and find this report it to the Somerset police department. They are very aware of his actions.
We have been in direct contact with this student who posted this complaint. We are working towards a resolution between the tutor and student.

Even if he has ripped you off for $100. report him and file charges. Thomas Kielbasinki is a internet predator who STEALS from HONEST PEOPLE through several scams. Including: Tutor Services, Book Publishing and Kielbasinksi Tutoring and Editing Services.
Kielbasinkis pattern is always the same:
1/He lures in victims for small amounts of money in exchange for services via answering internet or Craigslist ads!
2/He gets payments up front and then does not deliver and his supposed “professional” services!
3/He then will “DENY” any wrong doing and then threaten to sue you with his lawyer.
Google his name and NUMEROUS rip off reports are posted on line about him from a variety of individuals who seem to be solid citizens. Each time Mr. K. will then attempt to “cover his theft and stealing” by slandering and discrediting and threatening to sue those who he has stolen money from . I have included a series of comments about him that were posted on a Tutor website. It seems that along with ripping people off via Fake Tutor Services.

This guy is a fraud, I am going to deal with tutor select for have such a character working with young kids. Im taking this really far!
The above Steve P. contacted me numerous times about a refund but my policy is above. I should not have to be a babysitter. These complaints will be fought until the end period. Each person who has posted this will be sued for these false reports if not removed!!
