I got a call from these scammen telamarketers for there product, get a 30day supply for free, just pay s/h of 5.99.and you have 14 days to cancel product.WRONG its not free, I canceled my order and was told that I would need to send the bottle back with remaining pills at my cost, another 5.99 or they would bill my credit card 30 some odd bucks for the bottle.They don't say anything about that until you call and cancel.I "ll bet they repackage it for resale, WTF!! now I'm out 12 bucks.where do they get get these so called salesmen that can barely speek English, f- n sand n......s from Asia. BEEEEWARE!!!!!!
I ordered a trial product of Garcinia Cambogia and Coffee Bean Extract for about $5 each. At first I was a bit skeptical about the purchase but after speaking to a customer service representative I was less worried. The girl I spoke to reassured me that it was a great purchase, gave me tips on how to take the diet pills and sounded genuinely professional. Boy was I wrong! I started taking the pills and at first they gave me terrible stomach aches then they made me constipated. I tried calling the SAME number I called after I initially purchased the product to see if I could speak to the same girl but the phone wouldn't even ring. I would dial and hear silence and eventually after a couple of seconds of waiting it would hang up on me. I then started doing a little research on Thrive Nutra Inc and learned that many people have been scammed by this shitty company. I called a Thrive Nutra hotline and a girl picked up and said "Hello this is agent xyz how may I provide you with excellent service today?". I began talking then she repeated it again then again claiming she could not hear me then eventually she hung up on me. I tried calling back but again there was silence then the call dropped after about 30 seconds. This company is a big fat SCAM!!! I had to cancel my credit cards and go through a giant hassle to cancel my order. I have never experienced anything like this and I am FURIOUS that a company is doing this to so many people! FUCK THRIVE NUTRA INC I HOPE YOU ALL BURN IN HELL MOTHERFUCKERS

They must have gotten my card number from a shopping site where I used it to make a purchase. Anyway, the card has been canceled.

My order was dated 12-19-14 AND SHIPPED 12-22-14 AND RECEIVED 1-9-15. THEY Charged my credit card with the full price of the trial offer on 1-2-15 and I called to cancel on 1-9-15, the day I received the pills, which were not what was represented to me, but was told I was too late to get a refund of the charge of $96.60 made on 1-2-15. Total scam.

I called to return it & was told repeatedly that I was wrong & the date was a manufacturing date (the bottle clearly states EXP. 8/2016). the operator tried to get me to buy more, I kept saying that I wanted to cancel,but he wanted to sell me more! After several minutes I got my return authorization numbers & return address. THEN I was told that I would be billed $39.95 to cancel! Well the jokes on them....I use a $10 gift card! After my initial 'free' bottle's processing fees there is only about 13 cents left on the card!! The lessons learned are buy your diet supplements at a brick & mortar store & if you have to buy something online from a vendor you don't usually do business with use a small dollar amount gift card. I'm only out $10 bucks! There should be a 'no stars' option!

They said they would they even sent me an e-mail showing a credit for the two amounts. I received a credit for 69.99 but never sent a credit for the 79.99. I'm still fighting with them I even have my bank helping but it doesn't look good. Its an expensive lesson learned. Save your self the trouble stay away from this its a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only wanted the garcinia cambogia but they ended up placing an order of some advance cleanse in my cart and not giving me an opportunity to view my cart so I could delete it. Before I knew it I was paying shipping for both. They give you no way to contact them. I finally received this garbage in the mail and there's no invoice/receipt showing the name, address, phone # or any way to contact them. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I'm kind of mad at myself for falling for such a horrible scam. SMH

I knew there was money coming up missing from my account but could not figure out where to. When you call the bank it just says it was a debt card transaction, the date and the amount of transaction. I recieved my bank statenent for the month, then i had saw it was this company sucking my money out.
I called the number and after a long hour of me fussing with the lady I still had ni justice...I had to call my bank and cancel my debitcard. Yet another $5.00 down the drain. They have several websites, several phone numbers ,and several different names....so Beware of this scam for Garcinia Cambogia!!!! I now have to figure out how I am going to finish paying my bills....

When I called and finally got a supervisor, he could do nothing to help. He did not know the name of the company, the address, or phone number of anyone above him who might possibly be of assistance.
