I looked on line to fight a ticket in California, when i pulled there info up it looked ok. Before i did anything, i wanted to check to see how they were with reviews, the reviews were not kidding, so i did not place my credit card in there. I went with a great company called Ticket Snipers. The girl called me in the middle of the day and say your credit card payment did not go through. We need it to fix your ticket, saying you must call me back now it is urgent. I was so scared not realizing the reason why it did not go through was because i did not want to use them. When i realized what had been done, i immediatly called back, asked for the same girl, Melissa. She said sorry no refunds. I said i want to talk to your manager. I left a message for her who did call me back. I explained it all to her and she said that there policy is no refunds. I said that i was strong armed into giving up my information and that i did not want to use them. she told me that Melissa told me that there were no refunds and supposingly some other verbage about them. I told her i did not hear such statements only that i need your credit card number to do this. She said sorry but we do not give refunds. So with that i am writing to warn you about them, read the reviews about them, they are true. I am calling my credit card company and i am putting a stop to it.
