When I called about the portion of the payment they are supposed to return to me their answere was: "you have to request another hearing and attend the court yourself inorder to get get refunded that portion" that means I have to swaist another day in court just to get $100.00
back.My advise is fight your case in court yourself you might get in break in bail amount or just pay fine and finish up with it. Do not go to these people all you get is alot of promises and NO result and waisted money and time.

So they out of the $250 they chathe, $150 is court fees so only $100 will be refund, but that is not so sweet.
You will have to go to real court if they loose. That is part of the deal with them. Then if you got any reduce on the violation fee they will deduct it from the $100. And that is not al.
After you where found guilty in court, and no deduction on the citation fee was givven by the court, you have to file with them request for a refund. After you do, you will get an email from them that you did not provide a document within 10 days and the refund is cancelled for good.

I will fight them to the deth, they don't know who they are dealing with. I alread dispute it 3 times with AMX as they keep on winning and convinsing them they did everythig right. I file a complain with BBB bearu, and I will look for any other palce to pay them back.
