I ordered 3 custom sized bridesmaid dresses from TideBuy.com . They have the same photos and descriptions of TBDress.com but that company has terrible reviews. Tidebuy has a large facebook following so I felt somewhat confident, and i used paypal to pay.
3 dresses were ordered and paid for exactly the same time. They stated that it would be in my hands in 22 calendar days. The first dress arrived within 2 weeks and was beautiful and exactly as supposed to be measured , every measurement accurate and color true to color and in great condition. We were happily impressed.
The second dress came a week later, this dress was the correct color but measurements were off (by 1"" on the bust and 3"" (too small) on the hip - the widest part of the dress wasn't even the correct measurement. The zipper also did not go all the way up.
The last dress took 14 emails back and forth to get them to ship it - and they only shipped it when I filed a claim with paypal. This 3rd dress came way after the deadline - a week before my wedding - and the dress is not the same color or quality. The color is 3 shades darker - which is possible since 3 dresses custom made to be the same should have come off the same ream of fabric - , the stitching is inconsistent and the zipper doesnt even close (there are missing teeth). I'm now a week before my wedding and have to get 2 dresses adjusted here.
Their customer service - ""John"" is the livechat and ""Melissa"" is the email support - leave a lot to be desired. They at times dont even know what the customers name is - I was told once that I got 3 dresses in 2 boxes which isnt the case - and then they got my name and order number wrong.
I am going to have to file a chargeback with my credit card company (thanks american express and paypal!) because now my 3rd dress is useless and I have to fix another dress. Luckily the last dress is for my maid of honor so if its different I can make it work, but to deal with this a week before my wedding?
They are very inconsistent - that first dress was spectacular and really made us excited. And then the ball dropped. :/
This store is a definite rip off. I wish I had checked this site before purchasing a lace wig. I basically threw two hundred dollars out of the window. I placed the order in Janaury and did not receive it until April ( after sending 2 e mails). The wig I received was chopped up unevenly, the hair was so thin that you can see the cap and weft. The wig does not have any excess lace in the front. Poor workmanship and false advertising. The wig is nothing like the one pictured on their site. I asked to return the wig and their reply was "sorry, we give you $10.00" discount, but no return. Do not buy from this company.
Dont fall for the same scam as I did, I ordered a wedding dress and they sent me a fake one that they tried to imitate. they agreed that I send the dress back and they will refund MY MONEY BUT DIDN'T.
Looking into this site its the biggest scam on the net, ive spoken to so many people who have not recieved items. All the good reviews are written by people in the company.They do not ship and if they do its knock off cheap products in the wrong sizes. it is clear that all the security trust marks are simply JPEG images and not actual links to certificates.
I ordered a coat from tidebuy on 3rd feb 2015 and by the end of February I still hadn t recieved it, so I contacted the site. They told me a week later on the 5th March that my coat had been shipped and would be with me between 10-15 working days. (Happy days)
Then today on the 10th of March (5days later) I receive an email saying that... my coat had been returned to the tidebuy factory as I had given them the wrong delivery address. They then said said I had to pay another £12 to get my coat re-delievered. I m not sure how this happened or is even possible. They clearly stated to ship from China to the uk it would take 10-15 days. However, apparently in just 5 days my coat was shipped from China to the Uk then back from the UK to China again.Something shouts dodgey to me and I m feeling pretty scammed right.
Of course I ve complained to PayPal and asked for a full refund. I would advice people not to buy from this site
I like this onlin store and it was my second time to buy summer day dresses.But actually i like the wedding dresses so much but i don't need it.The dress I bought was a nice item for its light yellow colour.Nice deal!
Why so upset,I don't think so.I ordered a dress in tidebuy to attend our homecoming party.We hadn't seen each other more than 3 years.In fact,I hadn't worn dresses before so I was so worried when i ordered the dress.But wearing it,I will try more times in life.Then,the shipping time was a little longer than I expected,others are fine.
