I contacted him and he seemed knowlegable about home repairs and I hired him. I requested a proposal and a contract , after a few days he gave me one. He demanded a 50% deposit and I had no problem with that, but I did not see him for another 2 days. I asked why he wasn't working on my home repair he said he had other clients as well. Then he asked for the remainder of the contract price before the job was done and I told him no. He was upset and after 5 days of grief he finished a 3 hour job. He then brought over a contract to pay him $400.00 each week salary to take care of my home and I refused that offer. He did a property search of my home and he was interested in more work. I said possibly he could do another repair but I should of learned a lesson from my first experience. I told him to give me a propsal which he did not give me and I told I wanted no more services to be performed. Then I got a bill in the mail for work that was not authorized. He forged my old contract and made a new one. This is outrageous because he put a lien on my property . WARNING! TIM GLASSCO is a pedator and preys on seniors in Palm Beach County and he should be put in jail for his unethical behavior.
