I thought I'd found a great price on a pair of hard-to-find boots. The website looks legit and has all the right elements and the shopping cart worked well. I was a little bit suspicious of the 'free shipping anywhere' but their explanation (they have warehouses in several places) seemed legit. Also, you can pay with PayPal, which is very well trusted, so I sent my money via PayPal and got a good looking receipt and confirmation of my account. I can log in to my account and see that my order is "Processing", but that's it. No boots and no return emails when I try to contact them.
This is a well exectuted scam. They say it might take more than 20 days to receive the items but you never actually get them.
This company needs to be taken off the internet and PayPal needs to terminate their account.
I ordered shoes over three weeks ago. My money was taken straight away via Pay Pal, but shoes have never shipped, and 4 emails to the company have yielded no response. My first email, sent to the address on this "company's" website came back as address unkown message failure. The pay pal email also yields no response. PLEASE do NOT purchase from these people. This is a total rip off. I am now awaiting a claims dispute through pay pal which could take up to 30 days.

So I decided to look Tim Tointon up and found a lot of complaints against him. Now want to get my orders deleted. I an going to contact PayPal.
I ordered a pair of shoes off the internet from Star Clothing Store on December 15, 2014. I paid through paypal with my visa card for $78. The transaction cleared my bank on December 17, 2014. I have emailed him several times but have not received any response. As of today, December 30, 2014, I have not received the shoes.
I want to get my money back. These shoes were a Christmas present for my daughter.
