We hired attorney Tina M. Dahle for some legal work in Green Bay WI. The Attorney was working on several matters and approched clients including us for a very short term loan in 2008-9. We loaned the money based on the assets the attorney presented. The Attorney then let our cases be thrown out of court and be sanctioned. At the same time never paid back the loan as promissed.
March 18, 2015 the Wisconsin Supreme court issued their order for disaplinary action against Tina M. Dahle. In a nut shell she is suspended for 2 years six months. Ordered to pay back in full restitution for our loan in the amount of the civil court now BK courts final amount. Since we proved it a fraud the debt was not dischargable in BK court. Dahle must also pay the Office of Lawyer Regulation 11.9k for the investigation within 60days of the order but not before paying us.
