I called Kaspersky and they answered as Kaspersky. My Kaspersky security wouldn't load. They said they would help me out. They said that my files were corrupted and that they would give me a "free" security system as lifetime service but that in order to keep my computer "safe" they would have to charge me $299.99. Sadly I bit. Every time I call them with a problem they want more money. To date I have paid them almost $500.00. After I saw the website complaints I will get on the phone to my credit card company.
