They are very rude & disrespect especially Anna Pearson and her supervisor Marc Davis isn't any better. I had to deal with them a year ago and hate I had to call them, I asked for a copy of my receipt my sister needed a copy and Anna was just rude, I don't know if they are racist or what but the disrespect is uncalled for. I called to report Anna & Marc but I don't believe it made it anywhere.
I received a demand letter from TL Thompson that my company owed over $3800. I called immediately called to respond and was given Erin Richards to speak with who was rude and indignant...I explained that I knew nothing about a claim ...she gave me the address and I told her my company didn't own a house at that address..therefore, was not liable to pay the money...she kept saying State Farm said I owed it and it was up to her to collect it. I again stated I had NO knowledge of any tree falling on a car...didn't know whose car it damaged and I wanted my company's name taken off their records...she said she refused to give me any information. I asked to talk to her manager...she passed me to Anna Pearson...who was ruder than Erin...she repeatedly made rude condescending comments about my intelligence and refused to listen to what I "tried to explain". I then ask for her manager...was put on hold and I then spoke to Mark Davis that was increasingly rude and hung up on me ... When I asked for his manager...he said TL Thompson was his dad and he died. I would run from this company....DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME!
I HAVE AN INSURANCE ISSUE WITH KEMPER INS OVER CUST CLAIMING DAMAGE WHEN I WINCHED THEM FROM THERE FRONT YARD. IKEEP GETTING HARRASSED FROM A LITTLE TWIT FROM TL THOMPSON CALLED Dave ross trying to extort money from me,which my ins and other ins are corresponding but little twit keeps harrassing me with letters to extort money from me,i talked to his manager and he says waaaaa,nice group of losers .
Spoke with Hunter this morning about an insurance claim for my aunt in New BRAUNFELS. Hunter was most helpful & kind about this matter. Looking forward to getting a final resolution soon.
