I honestly belive this site is fake because my item still hasnt arrived, they have to contact number and they live support never works, this is a rip off because they already charged my card. Tmart.com is really fake.
I bought a "NEW" tablet at T mart, it came in scratched and covered in fingerprints with several wireless networks listed in the history, obviously it was used. I spent two hours with customer service they offered me 500points ($5.00) for the inconvenience. I offered to send it back if they could guarantee delivery of replacement in 4 days I was basically told I could return it and get a replacement in 10 or 20 days or basically tough luck.
The tablet from Tmart was used the value was about half what I paid for a new unit. This was to be a birthday gift to my daughter. After two hours of conversation with tmart, I accomplished nothing. This company has no email contact, no phone contact, everything is chat.
Tmart advertises ships in 24 hours, does not. I have two items I paid for a week or more ago that still haven’t shipped. Tmart advertises shipped from the USA, it still ships from Hong Kong
Do not buy from Tmart, they are con artists. they are commiting fraud on a daily basys!
I ordered a keyboard tablet case from tmart.com, but the cord to connect the tablet to the keyboard was not the correct size. i went back and forth in several emails with them about this. i browsed their site again looking for the size and color i wanted, which they did not have.
so i returned the case via fed ex, which cost me 8.00 to return a 15.00 case. within 30 days of receiving it. since then i have sent many emails to them requesting a refund under the 90 day money back guarantee they have posted on their site. they have not responded to any of my emails that were requesting a refund. it infuriates me that a company can blatantly ignore your repeated request for a refund. its not about the money, its the principal now. the case was returned back in june and i still have not received my money back or even a response from them regarding this.
Do not buy from Tmart.com the company is a fraud. I purchased an indoor helicopter the Syma S107G. The helicopter they sent me is a counterfeit my friend also purchased one he also received a counterfeit. The helicopter never flew. The box it came in was a sign being a fake in the upper right hand corner should read SYMA was an empty space. The handle was yellow should be black with a texture. The helicopter had the incorrect blade holders, the circuit board was green should be red with S107G on the board, the light on the board was red should be green, motors were wrong colors as were the wires. The transmitter had A, B and C signals should have just A and B. You cannot contact a live person.
