We found TNC through their website and NIKE representation that they portray. The amount for registration was sent via Western Union because of our time restraints. We signed up 2 teams @ $325 each. These kids fundraiser half of these funds and the coaches and parents provided the rest. They cancelled the event the same day and never answered our phone calls again. Knowing through chats that these were the kids money, they still have not returned it. It has been 4 mths now with no resolution or communication. Please do not send this company money, not even through Dwolla accounts. Looking for others to join in with my case. If you have any helpful information, please respond with contact info.
I registered my team for a MLK weekend tournament and paid $295. The tournament was cancelled and said to be rescheduled for the following week. As that week approached it too was canceled. Then told I would get a refund. It's been since January 14, 2017 and I have not received a refund. I've talked to Quention Bartlett, tournament organizer and he keep saying it's in the mail. However it's never come... we are now at March 13, 2017. They don't answer the phone, but they answer my text. But just repeating the same answer. It's in the mail. I'm perplexed about this because I see they have so many events going on in so many states. How is this still going on if they are taking people money and not providing a service. Anyone else... have a similar outting with TNC or BSC hoops?
