In the unfortunate event your vehicle is towed, you will have to pay a storage fee for your vehicle of at least $45; in addition to the city fees and the tow hook up fees. Expect to pay at least $250 or more. This seems to be the case even if your vehicle is in the tow yard less than 24 hours.
This does not seem ethical because you are not able to dispute any charges without paying up front to retrieve your vehicle.
I waited over 4 hours for my vehicle to be released, even though all of the proper documentation was provided. Apparantly the person helping me had to leave to do an "emergency tow" and left me waiting. I had no choice but to wait, but this is extremely bad customer service.
