Worst purchase experience that I can remember. Website said 2-4 business days for delivery. After 11 days I emailed infor@2stoner as instructed and did not get a reply. After 12 days, I called the phone number provided (877-597-3802) and found that it was disconnected. Finally, I contacted my credit card company who gave me a complete refund when they too discovered a disconnected number. Two days later the tone arrived -- after I have purchased a replacement cartridge. I don't need the toner and will return it as soon as I receive a RMA and a pre-paid shipping label from TonerMarketPlace, but I'm not holding my breath.
