TOSHIBA will not stand by their warranty two weeks out, started w/ service carrier, refusing to believe that my one year old TV would have picture failure. After going through the carrier I found that it was the TV, called TOSHIBA, TV was two weeks out of warranty, told them how I came down to determining it was the TV, but they could care less & quite rude about it too.

I am writing to report and complain about my purchase of a computer from Staples.

A friend purchased a TOSHIBA Satellite C55D-A5380 (serial number,.) It was a Birthday gift. The price was over $350. I was told that I had a one year warranty with the computer. After several months the computer broke. I took it back to Staples (Largo Mall 13013 Seminole Blvd Largo, FL 33778). I asked to speak to the manager. I was told by an associate that there was no manger. I asked the staff associates name. He refused to give me his ( clearly embarrassed of it ), he then removed his name tag, I was told to leave the store since I was not there to purchase anything and was upset. I purchased a Satellite C55D-A5380. I was told to mail it back.

I did. They sent it back a few day later. Unrepaired. I never got a reason for them returning it still broken . I called and complained and asked why it was still broken , They told me to send it back. They would pay postage. They never sent the package. I made over 50 phone calls and complained. I was told to wait and a package would be sent for me to return the computer. I have waited long enough so I resent the computer . Again they returned it unfixed.

I am complaining and would like to file a fraud complaint. Staples knowingly sold a defective computer and refused to honor the warranty. Tabatha claimed I have a warranty that they wont honor. Staples and TOSHIA have stolen over $500 from me. My time and expenses have been stolen as well. I wish to formally file charges and wish to be added to the class action lawsuit. I find it hard to believe I was am the only Staples customer that Staples and TOSHIBA have ripped off.

Please add your names to my class action lawsuit. File it with

I bought a Toshiba Satilate Click in Feb of 2014, i have had nothing but issues with the computer. Suddenly they computer started to fall apart, screws dropping from the base of the computer. Called the Tech support and had to speak to a foreign person who did not understand English. I then waited until the next morning to call and after being on the phone for an hour still have a broken computer.

They're option was for me to pay money to have the computer shipped to them to have it repaired. When asking for a manager i got more attitude because the manager claims she is the only manager in the call center yet tells me to call back and ask for another.

The numbers listed on the website are ALL for tech support and the tech support is computer opperation that infact doesnt help with the issue.

I still have a computer that doesnt work and no refund and no replacement coming. This complaint will also be forwarded to the BBB of CA where the corperate office is infact located.

I have ut 2 years old Toshiba Satellite Laptop model L755-S5306. It comes installed with Toshiba PC support site link and everynow and then you get pop-up from Toshiba about software updates for our system. Most of the time I ignore them but just this time I decided to click and install it because my PC was running slightly slower I thought this will only help. Well while downloading and installing the update the laptop screen froze with message ""VERIFY ERROR"". I think this happened to be BIOS update. I had to to hardboot by shutting off the PC subsequent turn on attempts only turns on Power and HD light and fan running but BLACK SCREEN. I called Toshiba Tech support who would only talk to me if I pay out of warranty tech support charge of $49.95. How is it justified for a PC manufacturer to charge a customer for its hardware failure as a result of installing and updating manufacturer sent software update? How can I make this rude people to realize this?
