Three weeks ago we had a terrible hailstorm. My husband noticed loose shingles and we had a leak in one of our bedrooms. I called Tower Hill and they said they would send someone out from Pacesetters to do the inspection. He came out the next day and told me I had hail and wind damage and he would recommend a full roof replacement and all I had to pay was my deductible. There were three witnesses to his statements as he sat in my living room I waited 7 days and heard nothing so I called my adjuster at Tower Hill. She said she did not have the report back. My roofing contractor called the guy from Pacesetters who did the inspection and he said the pictures did not come out right and he had to come back again on Sunday (6-22-14) to take them again. We were at home all day Sunday and he never came out. I called my adjuster at Tower Hill on Monday 6-23-14 and she said my roof claim was denied because it had blistering and not hail damage. I raised holy hell about being lied to and now they have agreed to send someone from an engineering company to look at my roof. Why are they using a company with lying employees to handle their claims? Why did I have to deal with these unethical people? I will be telling everyone I know about this experience and suing to get my roof replaced if I have to, .
