Me and wife went to this dealer on Saturday May 17th and was looking to get in a Toyoata.The bank came back approved her for a particular one.When it was showed to us , the body was well but the inside of the car was trashed and ashes all over it.So the salesman said he would have it cleaned and detailed while we were signing papers.When it was brought back from the detail shop supposely it was worst then before.The Cigarette smell was so horrible it not me back 5 to 10 feet literally, I smoke and never have smelled in thing like that in my life.The brakes went to the floor and the car was all over the road.This had inspection stickers on it dated for 5/11/2014 but when I called there records it said it was done August 6, 2013.So the stickers where thrown on there.THe car wasnt finished according to there records but it was given to us to drive away in.We took it back Monday for them to fix it.When we would call for updates they could never find it or give the correct info.The Gm there was so rude and umprofessional I wouldnt allow him to serve poop if he worked for me.The salesman where not updated on there info the other reps were very rude.We Finally got it back today the 5/23/2014 and everyone was so rude.I called headquarters and told them how they could resolve the issues , they refused but offered to buy it back from the bank and said I could somewhere else.But I want that car and offered them to resolve it by giving us a extended warranty out of there pocket to close the issues.Now I will have to call dealership services, penndot, write the attorney general and BBB and as well the FTC and local TV station.
