Purchased TrackR pack in sept of 2014, promised for January 2015 Charged and took money from CC IGNORED ALL FORMS OF CONTACT Never received products

I paid for 10 TrackR Bravo devices based on an IndieGoGo campaign in July of 2014 with an anticipated delivery of product in September 2014. Repeated delays and now, it has been a YEAR and still not TrackR Bravo. The website looks like it has customers using and reviewing the product (questionable). I have sent email to their Customer Support and usually receive a non-descript response - saying it will ship soon - not to worry. No response to my latest request 7 days ago (7/9/15). I think this is a scam/hoax and these people collected over $1.25M from an IndieGoGo campaign and are not delivering any product. Where is it? I have no idea. I'm ready to file a complaint with the FTC, Internet Crime Center, State Attorney General and anyone else who will listen.

I placed an order on June 20, 2015.

As of today July 14, 2015 I have not heard back nor received a confirmation. They charged my paypal account $58.00.

I tried to call phone number has been disconnected. I also email them. No response.

I will have to dispute the charges on my paypal account. Buyer Beware !

On 5-21-'15 I purchased, through Amazon, 3 key chain "tracking devises" form Phone Halo llc. They billed my VISA

right away !!!

It is now 7-11-15 and I have received nothing and have heard nothing. Sounds like a "ponzie" to me.

Just want to cancel and get my money back!

I ordered 2 TrackR's. Paid 62.64 by PayPal. Never received anything. I wrote them. no answer. I tried calling the number give for PhoneHalo LLC, and the number was a dud. This appears to be a scam. 62.64 is a LOT of money.

I ordered 3 trackr devices and recieved a confimation. However no shipment ever arrived. When i called the number listed on my amex card, it said "due to volume of calls, we no longer accept phone calls" please email us at [email protected]

Got a response from emaill that there is no such email address. I have asked amex to dispute the charge.

6-22-15: Regarding TrackR Bravo ... Customer Service sucks - the iPhone app doesn't remember your information you put in - the blue tooth on your iPhone doesn't see the TrackR Bravo blue tooth, therefore it doesn't work - you put in a service request and they don't respond to you. Do you need more? Don't get this!

TrackS is a locator for cell phones, keys, petsaand other easily misplaced items. Paid $48th and some odd on April 15, 2015. After several queries---which were answered with a perky "Your item has been shipped!". I haven't received it yet, on June 15, 2015.I want my money refunded

I bought this item online from the parent company on April 1st 2015. It's 23 days later with no ability to contact customer service to find out where my item is. They immediately debited my account but have not produced a product. I'm very disappointed. This company also deletes negative comments from the website and Facebook which is bad business, IMO.

September 2014 I ordered ten Trackr devices as a pre-order. I was promised they would ship January 7, 2015. I was never given a choice of colors. I emailed the company and they confirmed my order would ship in January.

January I get an email that they will ship in February. February I get an email that they will ship in March.

I have repeatedly emailed and asked for refunds with no response. My bank states the time limit has passed for a dispute. I sent a formal written letter asking for my money back. I also filed a complaint with Amazon payments.

After 5 months of endless promises, I had to threaten to contact their local district attorney with a fraud complaint and class-action suit -

this is what I get 3 days later:

"I have gone ahead and cancelled your order as well as refunded you for the full amount paid. Please allow 2-5 business days for this to be reflected on your bank statement.

This company has put their original crowd-funding partners at the very BOTTOM of their list of priorities. If you read the feedback here, you'll find that people in EUROPE are getting theirs before we are. And now I'm told they can be found in TARGET stores....

SO INCREDIBLY INSULTING... I hope someone buys this company out and fires everyone......

2 orders were made on October 22, 2014: one for (4) Trackr Wallets and one for (10) Trackr Bravo devices. The order was confirmed but Trackr Bravos but never shipped. I have an email from tech support dated November 26, 2014 that acknowledges the pre-order:

"Thank you for contacting TrackR Support. I have looked into your order, and it looks like your Wallet TrackRs have shipped, and the USPS tracking number is xxx. Also, it seems that you have preordered the TrackR bravo.

We will begin shipping TrackR bravo to our backers in January 2015.

I have contacted the company multiple times on Facebook and they assure me back-orders are shipping, but this wait is too long. This company is unprofessional and does not have their s**t together, pardon my french. They seem very concerned with backing and crowdfunding and indiegogo, and a million ways to take your money, but never deliver the products.
