Transcendent Innovations Reviews

  • Dec 17, 2014

I just wany my $300 that I was suppose to get back in June. I had given up hope until the person that revered me to this site just got a new iPad Air 2 for Xmas. I want one too. I'm highly aggravated as I've tried several times to send emails as well as support tickets. I got one response that my email address was included for payoff. Btw it was. my referee was very informative and I made sure that it was included. I sent it again upon their request and you guessed it - nothing. No response at all! now my status says I need to contact them. Guess where that has gotten me? You guessed it no where. Idk if this company is that big of a scam. It how are some getting their items/money and others aren't. As bad as I want an iPad Air 2, being played by this company again just isn't worth it. I think I worked hard for my $300 and I want it now From a pist off single mom in GA.

Completed the trainn site yourfreexboxone.com. Placed my order early last month but had an issue. Once the issue was resolved, I was told that payment would be sent during the next fulfilment period which would have been last week but I never received it. I've attempted to contact Trainn through various methods including E-mail and through Trainns website but didn't receive a response.

I signed up with Transcendent Innovations (yourfreeiphone.com), also known as Trainn I believe. The deal is, you agree to sign up with companies that offer products, trial offers, subscriptions, etc. Some are totally free, some require you to pay shipping only, some are online electronic subscriptions, others require you to purchase a product. In return for your signing up for the product/trial/subscription/etc. you receive points. Most are between 20-50 points. If you get 1,000 points you get a 'free iPhone'. Yeah, good luck with that! While you can surely find plenty of people that claim they have received iPods, Paypal cash, and other items, I am here to tell you that it is HIGHLY unlikely that you will ever receive your 'free iPhone'.

There are two ways to earn credits. You can sign up for one offer and then refer other people to sign up for at least one offer. Or, you can do like I did and do all of the offers yourself. I had heard stories of referral credits not being given because people's referrals did not follow through. I did not want to rely on people I didn't even know and I did not want to pester my friends/family with referral requests. Therefore, I chose to forego the referral process altogether and complete all offers myself. This way I would be the master of my own destiny. YEAH RIGHT!

Enter [the lack of] Transcendent Innovation's customer support. After spending nearly 2 months and $150+ dollars, I had earned enough points for my 'free iPhone'. I converted my points to an order and it showed that my order was received and would ship in 2 weeks. FOUR WEEKS later and my 'free iphone' still has not shipped. I have contacted Transcendent Innovation's customer support on several occasions. They never gave any explanation as to why my order had not shipped. They do not have an e-mail address, they do not have a phone number. All they have is their support tickets in the My Account section. These support tickets appear to be checked every few weeks. If you are lucky enough to get a response, it is usually worthless.

So here I am, 3 months after starting out on this journey and 4 weeks after completing my end of the bargain and submitting an order. I have nothing to show for it, except for a lot of frustration, over $150 in charges to my credit card, and a really bad taste in my mouth.

My advice: AVOID TRANSCENDENT INNOVATIONS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They are apparently not 'on the level' and are more than likely a total scam.

I don’t even know where to start with on how poorly this company operates. I have used their sites in the past to get a Xbox 360 and iPhone. I did these sites around 5 years ago and had no issues. However I decided to complete the yourfreexbxoone.com site and it had been nothing but a nightmare. I completed an offer and got 12 other referrals to do so as well no problem. Of course this went smoothly, the part that benefits their company. After that it all went downhill.

I placed my order Dec 19th 2013 and waited and waited... no shipment. After waiting around until Jan 5th 2014 I sent a support ticket to see what was causing the delay. Seven days later I received a response *note their site says 2-3 days for a response* saying they were out of stock over the holidays and have since gotten the item back in stock and would ship soon. After waiting another 12 days and no shipment I sent a support ticket on Jan 17th asking when it would be shipped. That support ticket never got a response, but they finally marked it as shipped Jan 31st 19 days later and with no tracking number.

They claim orders should arrive within 10 business days of being marked as shipped. HA! So I wait and come Feb 11th I send them yet another support ticket to try and get a tracking number or update on the order. I waited for 20 days to get a response this time (remember they say 2-3 days for responses). All their reply said was quote, ""I apologize for the delay in your order being fulfilled. Please allow me to check into your order further and we will contact you via this ticket with additional information."" Never heard back from them…

One more week goes by and finally March 10th they change the status to shipping soon and then marked as shipped March 11th. Awesome, so they figured out what was wrong and reshipped it. NOPE. Again it has now been 17 days since marked as shipped the second time and still nothing. I’ve had support tickets and the last I’ve heard from their end March 3rd with the above quote.

On September 29, 2013, I placed order 254807 on one of Transcendent Innovation's sites - YourFree360Games.com. I should point out that this is not one of their referral sites, only requiring offer completion by me. The order remained as processing for more than 10 business days (the timeframe for order processing indicated on the site), so I submitted a support ticket on October 10th requesting an update.

- On October 13th, the company updated the status to shipped and responded to my ticket indicating as such and to expect my order within 3-5 business days.

- On October 20th, I submitted another ticket letting them know that I had not received my order and requested a tracking number. They responded on October 23rd asking me to confirm my shipping address, which I did on October 24th.

- A month passes and I have not received the order nor did I receive any response from the company, so I submitted a follow-up ticket on November 25th asking for an update. They continued to ignore my requests for confirmation that they had actually shipped my order, so I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which they also ignored. In an effort to maintain some communication with the company, I continued to submit occasional tickets informing them about the complaint I filed and asking for updates.

- Finally, on February 20, 2014, I received my first response indicating that the order was successfully cancelled and the credits refunded, which would imply that they blatantly lied about shipping the order. That said, I have had a long and overall beneficial relationship with the company, so I wanted to give them another chance. So, on February 22nd, I submitted order 254827 using the credits that were returned. I allowed 10 business days to pass in accordance with the processing time indicated on their site and, after not receiving the order still, submitted another support ticket on March 10th requesting an update. As of March 24th, the order is still listed as processing and they have ignored my support ticket.

Clearly, Transcendent Innovations is no longer willing to act in good faith, choosing to ignore their own terms and conditions and not honor orders placed on their site.

I would recommend that all current and potential users of Transcendent Innovations avoid this company at all costs before they waste any more time and money working towards an order they will never get. I am also recommending that any users who are experiencing similar problems contact the affiliate advertisers that appear on TRAINN sites and let them know that the company is acting fraudulently and, hopefully, they can put an end to their support of this company. Filing a complaint with the BBB is a good idea, in theory, but I should point out that the company already has a horrible rating with them, which would indicate a genuine lack of concern for their reputation.
