Transport King and Logsitics LLC took my deposit money of $180 on job order#1649 and promised to ship my car on 01/23/2015 from NC to CA, but never sent driver to pick up, no phone calls on and one week later of scheduled day. So I requested to cancel the order with full refund. But Rene Bloch, who is taking care of my order, canceled my order without refund on 01/27/2015. I was fighting with credit card company to refuse to pay, it didn't work. This scammer didn't pay me back for deposit of $180. This scammer had many bad reviews like this kind online if you google Transport King and Logistics LLC. Why not investigate and punish this business with great fine and return the victim's loss, including my $180 loss? No punishment, more victims. Why this company still can survive to be scammer?
Our son, who is in the United States Army, called this Transport Kings And LogisticsLLC, was given a quote of $1400 to ship his two vehicles from Oregon To New York. Dustin Anderson told our son he would have the vehicles picked up on March 7th, 2015. Although on his website he plainly states " No deposit ever" along with several other statements of B.S.
In his statements to our son, myself, and my husband, he said my husband would get a call from the driver 48 hours prior to pick up and that our son would get a confirmation email on the 5th. None of these things happend! Although he did manage to get a $400.00 deposit from our son, but remember he states "no deposit ever".
Now our son will be without a vehicle at his new post for longer than expected. Thanks to this theif! The main reason i am leaving this report is so that anybody in the Armed Forces knows to never use this company! No matter what Dustin tells you, I am a real customer as are the other ones on all the other review pages! He claims he has been in business 18+ years, maybe so under many different aliases. He can be quite the smooth talker, but i guarantee his lines that he uses on you are the exact same he uses on every single person.
For instance, " Sorry couldn't get back to you sooner, I have already dealt with 500 calls and its only 10 am". Or when confronted about all his complaints online he states " do you believe everything you read on internet?" Well, Dustin in this case yes i do. I feel any good feedback is wrote by him and his shady employees. I will keep spreading the word on this THIEF! On every possible complaint site. I started with BBB, which i believe he wrote those lovely compliments himself and will not stop until this jerk changes his company name again.
