***Do Not use these people*** I recently purchased a 3 day 2 night trip for Miami, Florida and was told that I had to pay $159 per person for the trip, I did that. Afterwards, the next step was to send a activation fee of $69 per person, I did that. Then $100 for hotel and airfare tax, done. All payments were sent to Travel By Centennial. When I got ready to book I was told by Sarah of Jet away travel that they no longer deal with Travel By Centennial anymore and I will have to get my deposit back the best way that I can. They are not responsible for getting my money back, imagine that. She then had a link sent to me by a company she claimed as the new company called The Travel Center. Yeah well they want ed me to pay another deposit to even book with a agent. Out of all this time lost I have went within the 90 days out that they want me to book. Little did I know basically they are all the same company working together. I requested a refund and they refused. Please help me get the word out on these scamming people. I am creating blogs, IG pages, fb pages, posting in local newspaper ads and contacting the local news channel to help stop these crooks who think they can take people's hard earned money.

Labor day 2014 my husband brought home a flyer that was sent to his state government job in salem, oregon, through the fax. I called to get information about the vacation to hawaii 7 days/6 nights to hawaii condo with round trip airfare. I spoke to vicki extension 2777. she insisted that i had to do a bank withdrawl for this vacation. $299.98 per adult this included condo and roundtrip airfare. The children under age 21 yrs. we would have to buy seperate airfare for them but they would be allowed to stay in the condo. we would qualify for a 2 bedroom condo. we were responsible for taxes and fees beyond this cost. i chose the 30% discount rather then the bogo sale vacation packages. Things seemed a little strange to me but I shrugged off the red flag feeling. They took $900.00 from our checking account wells fargo. Then they sent me to the travel center next. they required a $69.00 activation fee per adult. $276.00. then they sent me to funtime reservations. they required a $100.00 payment for the vouchers to be sent via email. this would be applied towards the remainder cost of the taxes and fees. then i finally got an email vouchers wrong dates then i requested and they were charging for roundtrip airfare on top of the taxes and hotel fees. i asked for a breakdown of the fees no response. i had to call the travel center for them to change the dates to the dates that i requested. i got another email with roundtrip airfare charged and taxes and fees. we spent almost $1,300.00 at this point and the quote was higher then bookit.com for the entire trip, let alone the $1,300.00 we already paid. the trip would be approximately $1,400.00 higher then bookit.com. this is not discounted travel its overcharged travel. all along they say no refunds. but they did not comply with their advertised package. no refunds and no following the advertised offer. What a mess. i told my husband he needs to let the warden at the prision know they are sending scamming faxes.

I call the travel by centennial phone number and ask for their address. were not allowed to give that out. what? this is truely a scam. I would like to get a full refund from all 3 of these scaming companies. the travel center has an address 23219 Stringtown Road # 223, Clarksburg, MD 20871. i have filed a complaint with the bbb of washington d.c. they respond to the bbb they respond to the bbb that i did not request a refund. so i did by email the email address they sent me. mail demon. tried off the link they had in the bbb response and also through my email both times it was returned to me. These companys need to refund money that they steal from people and be brought to justice for their crimes.

I too was contacted by an e-mail at work about an exceptional deal for travel to Aruba 4 days with air for under $500. I sent a deposit in for $300 to Travel by Centenial. Then had to fill out online paperwork to The Travel Center along with $138.00 booking fee. Then more paperwork for Funtime Travel and $25.00 so they can send us the tax and fees we owed. The quote came back absolutely ridiculous $1600 each. This all took months to accomplish. I realized that this is a scam by all three organizations. They sound very convincing, but they are scam artists. The old saying if it's too good to be true then it's too good to be true!!!!

We purchased a trip from universal travel for 4 people to go to Jamaica for 4 nights 3 days. Was told we could go in nov. bought it in aug, we still havent got the trip. we purchased a cruise also but havent tried to book that yet. I have been in contact with travel by centenntial by email and phone. The only way they will answer my calls is if they know its not me. A Robert Ebb was helping me I thought but he wont call me or email me, they sent us to Mexico VIP which I am filing a report against them next. I asked centennial to get my money back from Mexico VIP and book me with someone else. I said i would go anywhere all inclusive. still no response. I hold them responsible for sending people to them knowing they cant book the trip. centennial has my money, universal has my money which is the same as centennial cause you call their number and you get centennial. Mexico Vip has my money. I have nothing. When i do talk to Robert he always says working on it. I told them I was filing this and with the BBB in a email. Robert is never in the office I always leave a message or email but get no resonse anymore. They have my money and I think they are ripping me off. This company needs to be put out of business before they do this time and time again. This has been going on for almost 8 months and not getting any closer to a vacation. I just wanted a inexspensive vacation for my family and now its very exspensive with no vacation. Jackie Canton Michigan
