Had my iPhone 4s with a cracked screen repaired here by Marcos Padilla. He was nice friendly and told me that all repairs done are backed by a lifetime warranty. The phone worked for 3 months until the screen stopped working.
Took it back right away and they sent the phone off to be repaired at a different location in L.A. About one week later, they call me informing me that the warranty is no longer valid because the phone had been tampered with and the screen inside the phone was not their product. They offer to replace the screen for 50 more dollars as I explain to them that nobody had tampered nor switched the LCD. I told them it could have been an error on their technicians part, yet they refuse to listen and insist on me paying them again for another repair backed by a "lifetime guarantee." The company stated that it tracks the serial number on their LCD's and apparently they could not find the serial number of the screen they had installed on my phone in their system. In the end, I got a non-working phone back, lost 70 dollars, and had a warranty dishonored.
WHAT A SCAM. DO NOT EVER GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. EVER.
