I ordered an arrangement o be sent to a funeral home for the viewing of a good friend. Not only were the flowers never delivered, the shop never bothered to call or email and let me know. Nor did they offer to refund the money until I found out and called them. Outrageous. No one should ever consider using this florist. One last deception -- they claimed online to be in So. Paris, Maine, which is where the funeral home was. I was trying to support a local business and improve the odds that the flowers would arrive on time. Turns out they are actually a national company that pretends via tricky search engine deception to be in whatever local area you are looking for. When I asked for a complementary bouquet to be sent to the widow as an apology for their inexcusable ripoff, they declined. I hope they go bankrupt in the very near future.

I attempted to contact this business to confirm delivery of flowers I tried to have delivered on Saturday, December 06, 2014 (at 12 noon) to Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Estill, SC 29918.
I placed an order in the amount of $83.40 the evening of December 05, 2014 (Order reference number: 37729) in show of support for the loss of my grand-nephew as his funeral was held on Saturday, December 06, 2014 at 3:00 pm.
I was in a rush and did not pay attention.
The website does NOT provide a local address, only their email address at [email protected], to which I also sent a message to contact me. I dialed their telephone number at 1-888.414.3800 without success.
I intend to contact my bank first thing Monday morning (on December 08, 2014) to stop this pending transaction. This business cannot be paid.
We are the phone right now with our bank. This morning we placed a order that had not arrived 3 hrs after the scheduled delivery time. Just happen to consider researching scams for this company. Bingo! Fraudulent!
