Spirit incentives...AKA Taylor Billington, and Michelle Searle...
I managed Ms. Billingtons new home in Laguna Beach for 8 months, Ms. Billington even though she had designers arriving at the house to have it completely re furbished with all new furniture bought by the designers, new wieght equipment, new everything, seemed to have a big problem paying people (vendors) including myself, Michelle is part of the scam also, my vendors and myself have heard every excuse in the book.
I have managed homes in the area for over 30 years and this is the absolute worst client I have ever had, to this day she still owes me money, anyone who has to change their company name from spirit incentives to true incentives because of all the complaints and lawsuits, and bad publicity deserves that.
Do not do business with this woman she is a total ripoff!!! I have informed all my vendors, contractors, sub contractors as well.
