had thought about doing Lucindas Anxiety program... Called and asked for program. At that time I was unaware I would need eye surgery and insurance woulsd not cover all. When program came I sent it back. Called MWC and told them package was coming back. financial reasons Was asked if I opened the package. Said no. Supposed to open package to get info on how to return it. Was told if I wanted to keep program I could get for $200.00. Original cost was $400.00. Said I would try it. Account was closed. Changed my mind as $$ for eyeys was coming in. Called andsaid I was sending package back. Was told I could only get $58.00 back. Blew my temper at who ever I talked to and hung up I want my $400.00 back
Return received without authorization number or outside return period willbe a discretionj of MWC may be subject to $89.95 restocking fee.
MWC had no business turning my name over to True North and Charging me !00.00 for something I did not ask for

Received letter from credit card today since Ihave iniitated a dispute they have adjudted minimum payment due This adjustment reflects portion of balance not being disputed.

This potentially harmful scam preys on people with emotional distress. Offering counseling, a 24 hour Hotline and the opportunity to cancel at any time. Though they made promises to call, they failed to do so. Their 24 hour Hotline is busy for 30 mins. and then disconnects!
There is a $10.00 charge to your credit card to join a "Trial Membership". Once you find that it is impossible to cancel the monthly charge goes up to $39.99 for no service whatsoever!
The "Counselors" cannot have any true training in psychology or the field of mental health. They have no clue how to handle depression, suicidal ideation or any other mental condition. I am wondering if there have been any suicides linked with True North Advocates. This kind of irresponsible marketing can only lead to damage - not any good!

I currently am dealing with mental health illnesses. I believed the rep when she indicated that this company could help people and be available 24 hrs.
She also mentioned I could get this info sent to social security so I could get disability. I was desperate and unfortunately victimized by them.
they prey on vulnerable people who need help. They asked for my debit card number repeatedly. And told me about a free 14 day trial for $10, and on the 13th day charged me $40, not $39.95 as previously stated.
This is a f****** RIPOFF! I cannot fathom why and how the CEO Lucinda Bassette would invent a company to steal money from innocent people who live paycheck to paycheck. They offer many services online as well.
