I ordered MBT shoes from trusted agents.co.uk which claimed to be authorised agents for MBT shoes using their listing. I was informed by mallpay that goods were dispatched from china. When they arrived they were not what ws ordered and though the shoes were supposed to be made of leather they smelled strongly of synthetic material. Numerous emails to their contact address [email protected] received a daemon failure report saying they did not exist so their is no way they can be contacted as they have no address or phone number which means I am stuck with the fake shoes. What is of importance is that their trustedagents.co.uk website for MBT soes is still accepting orders and payment. Checking mallpay on the internet disclosed that they are a scam selling fake goods from China. I hope there is some way they can be stopped from trading to protect unsuspecting further customers
