I saw online that you could recieve a bottle of Garcinia Advanced for a shipping fee of $4.95, that's all. I recieved my bottle then a few days later I check my checking account online and end up with an $89.95 fee. Not knowing what it is and why I am being charged. I go back on my bank account and it says it is from Garcina Advanced. I am furious at this point because now My rent check will balance because of this unexpected withdrawll from my account. I call the customer service and it tells me I was enrolled in some sort of auto payment which I never signed up for. well, I cancel it out then I call back because I want to speak to someone. I speak to some woman and i angily say i want my money back. i said i never signed on for that. She's says we can't refund your money. I am telling people DO NOT fall for the free bottle for only $4.95. It is a RIP OFF!!! They take your money without you even knowing it until it is way too late.

Garcinia Advanced

This company is a total SCAM! BEWARE!!!! you think you are buying a free trial paying only shipping 4.95, then you are charged 89.95 within 2 weeks for that 30 day supply. If it is only a free trial for 14 days then they should send 14 days of supplements..Not 30 days!!!! Then you have to send back remaining product paying shipping again!!!! Also the trial starts the day you place order so you don;t even get the 14 days to try it and if you like it you pay the whole thing anyway....FREE TRIAL IS MISLEADING!!!! It is not free!!! Then they auto ship you another bottle at 94.95. I did not agree to that...they said it is in the fine print!! ...They are unethical in their business practices. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!! I am fighting them now to get my money back! If it is past 30 days they will not credit accout. If their product worked they would have no problem crediting your account and not have to go by shady business practices to get your money. A free trial should be free, if you send me a FREE TRIAL 30 day supply it should be free. Customer satisfaction is not their motto. They said they cancelled my account, I am hoping that is true. Time will tell. SKIP THIS PRODUCT PURCHASE with this horrible company. The product caused me gastrointestinal distress as well and they won't take it back.

Garcinia Advance and Cleans Sent me a bottle of each as a free sample for $5.00 a bottle. Withing 15 days my bank account was charged $189.00. When I called them they said that I missed the part in the Terms of Aggreement that I had to cancel in 14 days or I would be charged. I told them to cancel it all and I don't want them to take any money out of my account again. I did not know they were going to charge monthly.

Now I find another $94.00 charged to my bank that put me negitive so I called again and they tried telling me I didn't cancel both pills and that they wouldn't do anything about it. Now I am left to figure out what to do.

The company Trygarciniaadvanced.com has a "policy" that demands that if one cancels "auto renew" of their product, then we are to send them the remaining unused trial supplements, even though the bottle has been obviously opened. Since receiving return products would cost them more money (in employees doing this job), the only reason they would be enforcing this policy is to repackage and resell pre-owned product even though it may be contaminated. It doesn't seem legal for any consumable product to have to be returned to the manufacturer/distributor once the seal has been broken. That "policy" could be very dangerous for public health. If this is even a legal policy to have, someone should stop it.

I agree, sending back an opened bottle of supplements and not knowing if they are repackaging is dangerous. The supplements made me sick to my stomach. You don't know if they were tainted. This should be illegal if it is not already.

We should not have to send back the opened bottle. Anytime I get a free trial it is mine to keep. This is a total scam. It is not free. If you keep the product you have to pay for the whole bottle(30 day). The 2 weeks is your trial period to try and send back...well, 14 days from order date, not when you get it. All this I found out after I got the order and a surprise charge appeared on my charge card. Everything about this company is a rip off. From their not so Free trial to their auto ship...having to pay for postage to send it back. If it is past 30 days, they won;t credit account. It is an expensive product and they do not care about customer satisfaction and are very misleading!!! !!! A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

THEY DON"T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

Cancelled this product within the required 14 days, payed $42.71 to keep product and have e-mail confirming cancellation. $89.98 taken from account and no items received. Unable to contact company although I have 4 differrent phone numbers and 2 internet locations.

Nowhere does it tell you that this is two seperate companies.

I have learned another lesson, and am surprised that "stars" such as Jessica Simpson, etc let their name be used. Of course, they probable get the product free.

Gracing a Advance and Cleanse Pro

I am going throught the same exact problem with this company. How can this company get away with this scam? The 800 number doesn't work from my location. Therefore I sent them an email to cancel and I also canceled my card. I really can't afford to lose any more money.

THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Please be warned, this company purposely deceives the public by telling them they get a free trial bottle and all they have to pay is the shipping.

Once you enter your personal information on their site, at the bottom it says "I confirm that I am over 18 and agree to the terms and conditions of this site. The words "Terms and Conditions" is a link. The link has nothing to do with their site, it tells you that you are going to be automatically enrolled in an auto ship progam to receive their product regularly and billed at the full price, and they are going to charge you full price in 14 days for the bottle that was supposed to be free.

The wording should state see details and conditions of this order, instead it makes you think its the terms for using their site and that you are over 18.

No where else on their website does it specify you're signing up for a continuous automatic shipment at an otrageous price and they are going to bill you in 14 days for the bottle that was supposed to be free.

The product doesn't work and they billed me before the 14 days were up.

They are not offering a free trial of anything, it's a scam.

About a month ago, I ordered the trial bottles of Garcinia Advanced and Cleanse Pro after watching the trailer

of a prior broadcast on the Dr. Oz show. When the product arrived, it contained a brochure and a packing

slip.Nothing was indicated on the packing slip that it was an automatic shipment. If it had, I would have returned

it immediately. I tried the product per the instructions on the bottle. As of yet I have not lost any weight. I plan

on filing a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals

Office. This company is very deceitful and dishonest and should be put out of business.
