Try Hours Expediting Reviews

Try Hours Inc conspires with fleet owners who don’t pay drivers. I know of at least one fleet owner, Michael Anthony Stazzone, Stazz1 Logistics, who owes at least 4 people for driving his trucks. I have been owed money since July 2014. Try Hours knows this guy is a scumbag but yet they keep running his trucks.

Try Hours threatened to call the police on one former driver because he was calling them wanting his money. They won’t help anyone get what is owed to them but they keep running his trucks. Try Hours proclaims they are a family owned business and I guess this is a family value of theirs.

Other expediting carriers will terminate a fleet owner’s contract when they realize an owner is a scumbag, but not Try Hours. The only reason I can think they would want to endure headaches caused by a fleet owner who doesn’t pay drivers is that they are desperate for trucks.

I can attest to at least one fleet owner for Try Hours who doesn’t pay, do they have others? I don’t know but you can read about the one I know of at www.stazz1logistics.com. If they are willing to do business with this scum bag then it seems reasonable they will do business with any scumbag. Drive for one of their fleet owners at your own risk.

I will soon put up a more detailed account of Try Hours’ propensity to accommodate scumbag fleet owners on my website www.tryhourssucks.com. They know all about Stazzone's nefarious ways and don't care. Are other fleet owneers for Try Hours like Stazzone?

Cliff J. Guerrieri, owner of Executive Expedited Services, an LLC based out of Jacksonville, FL, who contracts his services to Try Hours Inc, out of Maumee, OH, refuses to pay his drivers what they are due.

He is very shady, and dodgy about how he pays his employees.

In my case, paperwork was lost via Trip-Pak from a load in January 2015, which is how Try Hours wants to collect their paperwork, a non-standard industry practice. As such, Try Hours recouped the pay from Cliff, and Cliff now refuses to pay me and my co-driver until it is paid.

As stated by Try Hours, the load WILL BE PAID, as their customers are like family, and they will get a new Bill of Lading in order to bill the customer, it just takes time.

Cliff on the other hand, is trying to take money from his drivers for this error, that is not on our hands.

Try Hours DOES recommend taking photocopies of the paperwork, however, it is not REQUIRED. It just makes billing the customer EASIER.

As all of our paperwork was filed in and with the state of Ohio, and my co-driver and I live in Michigan, our legal case will be taken up with the state of Ohio's labor department.

Cliff J. Guerrieri is in violation of Ohio State Employment Law for withholding my final paycheck without a Court Order.

I am still awaiting payment, and it has been 2 weeks since it was due.

Do not work for contractor Chundo Embazoe Nick name Manny. He will borrow money from you every day and never pay you back. He says he will pay you back for your bus fare and hotel and you will never see a dime of your money. His trucks are junk and constanly break down. Then he will borrow more money from you to help with repairs. When you refuse to help with repair off his truck he will keep your last pay check and not answer his phone. When I reported it to the company Try Hours they refuse to get involved and continue to give this contractor work. In my eyes they are just as guilty as the contractor. If you go to work for this company you will be sorry and broke. I should have followed my mind that this was a shoddy operation.
