I have filed a report 3 times with TXTAG and I have written to KVUE and I will continue to write to anyone until this is resolved.

In late January 2015 I received a billed from TXTAG I pulled my information up online and paid my past due balance which was $214.37. I then logged back in and paid my current balance which was $81.78 and then I logged back in and put $40.00 on my account as I wanted to make sure that I had funds on my account so on January 31, 2015 I paid a total of $336.15. My account has remained in good standing where they continue to withdraw funds directly from my checking account.

I have now since receive bills for November and December when I pulled my account information in late January these should have been included in what I paid in late January. I pulled my account information from there accounting system. This is an accounting error on their side.

When I brought this to there attention on their website I was informed that they would check into it. Then I was informed to call them, which led to me being on the endless phone cycle which is never answered. I have no problem paying my toll bill but when you are paying for something that I honestly feel like I paid no, I do not feel like I should have to pay it again.

I undoubtly admit that I have used the TxTag tolls quite often due to the fact I live on the 45 Tx Toll. I pay my tolls as the come in. Recently moved the tolls still go to my parents house so I have fogot to pay some tolls and racked up my late fees. Back in May I had a total charge of $550 in tolls and I knew that this had to stop. Luckly I got a hold of a TxTag representative after hard work. She stated that TxTag doesnt offer payment plans however you can pay partial amounts on the toll to avoid recieve late fees. (late fee structure below)

First fee assesed $5 per toll after 30days late

Second Fee Assessed $20 per toll after 90 days late

I then decided to pay 150 per pay period to knock down the tolls. Within the first month and a half I was down to $75 due. I was almost done. Then the scam happened

The representative that stated as long as I pay the tolls down before the 90 day period I was clear lied!

I was assesed a late fee for every toll that I had left which was around 60 or so. My current balance is $320. When I tried contacting a representative now the phone goes straigt to busy. Has for the last month. Phone list below

When going online to pay. That section of the website was down for 2 weeks. During that period of which I was billed additional late fees.

TxTag went through an update during that period hints why it was down. Now when you go to pay your bill you no longer have the option to make a partial payment. You have to PAY IN FULL!!!!!

I now cannot pay in full as I have worked so hard to pay as much as I can to only get scammed and start all over. Now Im worried that I will keep getting late fees assessed and them turning me into collections. Anyone that has expierence with TxtTage please help.
