This company sold me a damaged and defective helmet, and gave me a run around to return it. They gave me a fake prepaid label, and then told me after I sent it back that that address is only for thier customers in Germany, and wanted it to go to another address. They had the delivery stopped and requested to pick it up, but purposely have failed to pick it up. They told me that they have not received it yet. I told them that thats because they had the delivery stopped and requested pick up of the item, and have failed to pick it up. This was a bluetooth helment that was scratched and foged really bad. $273 USD. I guess they think that if they never pick it up, then they can say that they never received it and never return my money. It has been 10 days and counting since I sent it back. They told me I would be reimbursed for the $68.85 it costed me to send it back, but nothing but lies!! These people are so dishonest it is crazy!! Stay clear of them!! Scam!! Buyer beware!!
