I can't beleive eBay continues to allow this company to use thier website to rip people off. As all the posts indicate, this company uses eBay to advertise and sell junk cars and keep deposits made to remove the vehicles from auction (which never happens). Once they have your money you will never see it again. The most common scam is to advertise a vehicle on eBay under "Buy it Now" and "make me an offer" eBay listing. Once the offer is made, the salesman contacts the victim offline and accepts the offer if he/she promises not to use eBay to complete the transaction to avoid paying eBay any commission on the sale and preventing the victim from leaving negative feedback when he/she finds out they have been scammed.

The bait is the eBay rating which shows a satisfactory rating of the seller. This can easily be manipulated by selling other non-auto items and using the positive feedback to give the impression that most buyers are satisfied with the transaction while at the same time using the off line deception to circumvent the rating system.

The first thing you notice on this dealerships rating is they show over 400 sales related transaction but the positive feedback rating shows only a fraction of these sales.

Its a no win situation for the victim. He/she will either loose the deposit or be stuck with an outragous amount paid for a junk vehicle. They will promise you that the deposit will be returned if a mechanic (or carfax) finds anything wrong or if it is determined that the vehicle is not as described in the listing. Don't beleive them for a minute. Regardless of what the report and inspection shows, you will not get back any money you gave to them. Once you are hip to the scam, they simply ignore your calls/emails, start the clock over on the listing and lie in wait for the next victim to come along.

Unscrupulous scams like this is nothing new and have been around for years. But whats surprising to me about this particular one is that a well-known and trusted company like eBay continues to allow its website to be used this way and for such a long time. It appears this scamm has been active for a number of years now.

It appears the likes of Joe and his cronnies have found the perfect vehicle (pun intended) to perpertrate this fraud.

Just purchased a 2005 F250 from this dealer. I purchased this vehicle cash from them with no problem they were able to answer my calls immediately and respond to my emails quickly. Now the fun begins, after i received the truck which today makes it one week that I took delivery. I had a local mechanic look over the truck since the truck seemed to be blowing out a lot of white smoke. The mechanic was sure to advise me that the truck has a cracked head. Which means what dealer sells a truck without inspection and selling it with over $5K in damages. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty from them when I purchased the truck. Now it has been one week and I call every single day and have not had one call returned back to me. I have not received any of my warranty papers. They are quick to take your money but when there is a issue it is impossible to get a hold of them. They say they are busy all the time like they are selling Lamborghini's every second. I just left another message and still nothing. STAY AWAY from this dealer as my nightmare is just starting.

PART 2 UPDATE 11/8/14

So after the nightmare as occurred, my warranty papers came in late on 10/25/14. I took my vehicle to ford to get the repairs done. Now the fun begins again, the ford service department contacted me and said that I needed to speak to the warranty company for review. I spoke with them and they said since the issue of my vehicle came defected from ULTIMATE MOTORSPORTS that they will not cover the damages. The warranty guy asked me how did this happen in only 1K miles of you owning the truck. Clearly the truck came destroyed already. The man reason they will not cover the damages is because the dealer never submitted my warranty papers on time which was supposed to be in September, instead they submitted them on 10/22/14. So is that my fault that the dealer can not do their job correctly and fax a paper over. So now i have to be the recipient of the damages on their lack of business. The damages consist of a brand new motor!!!!. I then call the garbage dealer again and speak to JOE who has the worst customer service known to man. Joe, then tells me that since i wrote a review he has no intention to help me and he does not care that I bought a broken vehicle from them. He said tough luck I can careless that is what you get for buying a used vehicle and writing a bad review. He then tells me I got this truck for a steal of a deal (because it was blown) and that he sells million dollars cars and over 100 cars a month. Last time I checked I see nothing but 10-20K cars. He then tells me that lady that helped me which is Kelly is on vacation and unless I erase the review he will not talk to me and hung up on me rudely.

After erasing the review to hear him out I call back and guess who answered the phone??? Kelly!!, I guess a 20 minute vacation was amazing. At this point every employee tells me JOE is not in the office. Today, 11/8/14 I call and Joe has the courage to answer the phone now. I tell him I erased the review so what is your proposal to assist me since you shafted me. He then tells me lmao that he will give me back my warranty money of $1,400 plus a additional $500.. I am blown away that he wants to give me back my own money and not help fix the garbage he sold me. He proceeds to say he does not care of helping me and that's all he will do. I simply advise him that he owes me money from a refund and that I will await the refund, because he wants me to sign a contract saying I will not sue him. Finally, I realize that I am screwed and this garbage waste of a time dealer is not going to do anything for me or any customer. They are beyond a scam as you can see on every review and the BBB. I was able to contact a lawyer and advised him the story and I rather see this scam artist in court.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM THEY WILL BE NICE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN SHAFT YOU IN THE END. WORST DEALER KNOWN TO MAN. LET EVERYONE'S REVIEW BE YOUR GUIDE. DEALER FRAUD IS HUGE AND THEY ARE NUMBER ONE.

I purchased a 2008 Escalade from this company which I found through eBay. They have over 400+ positive feed backs. I submitted a best offer in which was cancelled, yet accepted outside of eBay. I assumed they were circumventing the eBay fees and I continued with the sale. I wouldn't have done so had their feedback not been all positive. Well...that's the scam! This company sells junk cars, wrecks, salvages, etc and advertises them as clean used cars. After purchasing this vehicle I found tons of complaints on ripoffreport.com and BBB.org, I WISH I HAD FOUND THEM BEFORE I PURCHASED! The photos of the vehicle had been Photoshopped to hide the extensive damage, missing/broken parts, etc. When I asked Joe as to the condition of the vehicle he told me it was just normal wear and that there was a crack on one of the taillights. No big deal, I thought. My mother lives in Austin, TX and I tried to get her to go see the vehicle, but she was unable to. Unfortunately I trusted their feedback and took Joe's word for it. Under normal circumstances I would say I screwed up by not inspecting it in person first..HOWEVER..It is misleading to use eBay feed backs to misrepresent your true self. It is also immoral and just plain bad business to photo shop pictures to hide flaws and missing parts. I am not sure, but I would say there is a good chance that it is also illegal to do so. Well to make a long story short..I got the shaft probably worse than anybody who has complained about these punks! I purchased and expensive luxury vehicle and was RIPPED OFF to the MAX! When the Caddy came it had dings, dents, and scratches all over the entire vehicle! I have seen 25+ year old vehicles in better shape than this 5 year old luxury SUV. That was just the beginning. The cracked taillight which was shown to be complete was basically half missing. There was also a missing head rest which was shown in the photos. The vehicle was advertised as clean title as well. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN A FLOOD. THE LEATHER HAS BEEN RE-DYED! There is rust INSIDE the vehicle!!! This thing has been under water!!! I spent $3500 servicing the suspension, almost $3000 on painting the whole freaking car and removing all the dents etc. And another $1500 replacing broken/missing parts etc and cleaning this junker.

How do you express disappointment in a company that seems to have such great cars? I purchased an Ebay car (2010 Volvo XC60) from Ultimate Motorsports on August 25; my sales rep was Kelli. Initially, everything went well, she was helpful and responsive and she assured Michael and I that the car was in wonderful condition. They shipped the car and when it arrived the problems began. The body had damage that was photo-shopped out of the Ebay pictures. We were shocked! Pictures were taken immediately and sent to them. It was so bad that we almost didnt' accept the shipment! There were other problems too: the motor mounts were cracked, the rear breaks were worn through the rotors, the service engine lights were on, the leather seats had huge knife cuts in them and the tires were bald. I sent multiple emails and called them constantly to no avail, they sent me to the answering service every time and never returned phone calls or emails. After a couple of weeks of constant calling, they sent me $450 as compensation for the body damage which obviously didn't touch the cost of the work needed on the car. They also made me sign an agreement not to put anything negative about them in writing anywhere. Now, 2+ months later I still haven't received my license plates! I have emailed Kelli twice and of course, when I call, I get the answering service. How can such a shady company stay in business? Buyer beware....I plan to call my finance company AND an attorney!

Please never pay any deposit to these guys for anything. They will say yes to anything and later show you pieces of paper.

Dont, trust their ebay ratings at all.

Reason- when you will send offer, they will call you to deal outside of ebay and will ask you to deposit money just to hold car.

Later when you will see car, most probably you will not like it as all desciptions are fake.

Check vehicle physically for any accidents as most of vehicles they sell are cheap auction vehicles and no carfax accidents yet, but later you will find accidents when you get that vehicle inspected.

BE CAREFUL. NO DEPOSITS.
